The collaboration centers on SIListra Systems’ coded processing technology, which enables the implementation of safety functions on standard hardware without the need for specialized safety components.

SALZ Automation contributes extensive system and engineering expertise to transfer this technology into real-world machine and plant concepts – from assessing existing and new safety architectures through system design for PLCs, robotics, and distributed systems to integration into common controllers and established safety protocols. In addition, both companies support customers in certification and approval processes, for example with TÜV, to ensure smooth market entry. Together, they create flexible, scalable, and long-term viable safety solutions for modern automation applications.
